The Junior High Softball game this afternoon (9/1) against Brimfield has been postponed due to weather. This game is rescheduled for Friday (9/4).

The Cross Country meet for today (8/24) at Dunlap Valley has been pushed back to a 6:00 start time. The bus will leave at 4:45. Students will need to go home today after school and return around 4:30 for the bus.

As many of you already know, we will not be able to attend school for in-person learning on Thursday August 20th and Friday August 21st. This is not due to COVID-19, but it is due to a boil order that affects our school and the community of Farmington. Instead, these days will become Remote Learning Days.
Our teachers and staff have been working very hard over the past couple of days, and are embracing the challenge of starting off our year remotely. We are trying to stay consistent as possible. The following are the plans for Thursday August 20th. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your child’s teacher directly.
6th Grade Remote Learning Plan for Thursday August 20th
6th Grade teachers are going to push out assignments on Google Classroom by 9:00 AM on Thursday. If you have any questions, teachers will be available via email from 9:00-2:30.
6th Grade Art, Band, or Chorus students do not have class tomorrow.
7th and 8th Grade Remote Learning Plan for Thursday August 20th
7th and 8th Grade students, please check your email for a homeroom based schedule regarding remote learning. Teachers are offering times to meet in the morning and will also provide office hours in the afternoon if you have questions.
8th Grade students in Art, Band, or Chorus, your teachers will push out communication with you tomorrow morning. 7th Grade students will not have Art, Band, or Chorus tomorrow.
Don't forget, today (8/18) from 1:30 - 3:00 and from 5:00 - 6:30 we will have Chromebook Pickup for REMOTE LEARNERS. We will also be available tomorrow from 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM.

Jr. High Student Council has been selling WISH bracelets for $1.00 during their lunch period. All proceeds will go to their state service project which is the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
