Happy Birthday to 6th grade student Conner Berry who has a birthday on Saturday. Also to 7th grade students Mya Bohanan and Rosie Rapp who have birthdays on Monday! Happy ½ birthday to Micah Ylinen. Kate Anderson has a ½ birthday on Saturday, Cole Lockhart and Noah Shelby have ½ birthdays on Sunday, and Brody Wilcoxen has his ½ birthday on Monday.

There is NO SCHOOL on Monday due to Martin Luther King Day.
The Unified Bowling Tournament for Special Olympics Illinois will be tomorrow, January 14th at Landmark Lanes in Peoria. Some of the Unified Farmers Helping Farmers Club members will be competing. Good luck to Jaelyn Crandell, Ty Shaughnessy, Adam Sarff, Tristan Hendy, Faith Hayes, and Will Uptmor! Go Farmers!
8th grade students - Today during FLC, you will be meeting with a representative from Josten’s. They will provide you with some options for purchasing items for 8th grade promotion. Report to your FLC period first, and your teacher’s will walk you down.
Good luck to the boys basketball team as they play at home tomorrow at 10:00 AM. This will be our recognition game for 8th graders. The 8th grade team also plays on Monday and travels to Abingdon-Avon for games beginning at 5:00 PM.
5th/6th grade volleyball practice will be on Saturday and Monday from 10:00 - 12:00.

Today is National Rubber Ducky Day! This morning I saw a toddler gnawing on a small rubber duck. I asked him if it tasted like quackers!
