Good Morning Farmers! Today is Wednesday January 5th, 2022 and today is National Bird Day. A friend of mine tried to annoy me with bird puns, but I soon realized that toucan play at that game.
Lunch today: Cheese Pizza Bread, Farmer Salad, and Pretzel w/ cheese Student Council members please check your email for a message from Miss Clayton and Mr. Reeder.
Students, Welcome back to school. This is a new start for all of us. A new year (2022), a new semester (2nd semester), and a new quarter (3rd quarter)! Let’s have a great day today!
To start off our day, we will be heading to the auditorium shortly to hear a presentation from JC Pohl and Teen Truth.
Students, this morning your homeroom teacher will be handing out 2nd semester schedules. Please take a note that if you are an 8th grade student that signed up for art, your art classes begin this semester. Also, if you are a 7th grade student, your art class is finished, and you are heading to your homeroom study halls.
Students, we will NOT be going outside for lunch or recess today, and probably for the foreseeable future. You can bring your phones, you can bring your chromebooks. Once you are done eating, please return to your seat, and put your mask back on. You can hangout with your friends until the lunch period is over.
Please have a mask everyday for school. We are handing out 20-30 a day right now, and we are struggling to keep up with this demand. Having a mask is mandatory, but we also need you to take a little responsibility and bring them just like you would any other supply you need for school. Please wear your mask over your mouth and nose. We are working very hard here to keep us in school, and we need your part as well.
Teachers, I don’t know what the bus situation is like right now, but I was informed to tell you to expect late buses today.
If you are interested in Science Olympiad, Mr. Weyers will be here on Thusday Jan. 6th for an information meeting during the FLC period. We will meet in the Jr. High School Old Computer Lab.
At this time, will you please rise for the pledge:
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America And to the republic, for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
