Farmington Farmers

Good Morning Farmers!  Today is Friday, August 20th and today is National Radio Day.  I was always told not to listen to the radio too loud or I might go deaf.  Imagine if that happened, I would never hear the end of it.

Lunch today:Fish Sandwich, Hot Dog/Bun, and Farmer Sub

Students--remember to charge your Chromebooks each night! Also please remember to bring your AR reading book to each class each day.

Good luck to the baseball team who are playing home at 4 against Canton.

Congratulations to both cross country teams on a fantastic run at the Dunlap course last night.  History was made during the boys race.  Never in the 18 years of the program has any runner beat both their 7th grade best time and their 6th grade best time so early in the season.  Give a shout out to Chris Kling who did just that at our second meet of the season!!  There were 18 personal records set at the meet.  Way to go Runners!!!

Good luck to the boys baseball team as they take on Canton tonight in games beginning at 4:15.  Also, good luck to the cross country team as they run in Chillicothe tomorrow morning beginning at 10:00.

Tomorrow is also the Yates City Parade at 11:00.  Our jr. high band will be participating in that event tomorrow.  If you are riding the bus to Yates City, please meet at the school at 9:30.

At this time, will you please rise for the pledge:

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America  And to the republic, for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
