Good Morning Farmers! Wednesday September 2nd and today is an A day. If you are in 6th or 7th grade and you are in band, you have class today. However, if you are 6th or 7th grade band, but have Wednesday art, you have art today.
Congratulations to our cross country team for a great run yesterday at the meet. There were 16 personal records set yesterday..and get this, on the boys team, there were four runners that had a faster second mile than the first! Way to go everyone.
Good luck to the boys baseball team as they take on Illini Bluffs today at 4:15 in Glasford.
Today is Picture Day. When it is your classes turn to go, Mr. Uptmor will either call you over the announcements or come to your class to get you. We will start somewhere around 10:30 this morning.
The outbreak of COVID-19 may be stressful for people. Here are things you can do to support yourself. Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including social media. Take care of your body. Take deep breaths, stretch, or mediate. Try to eat healthy, exercise regularly, and get plenty of sleep. Make time to unwind. Talk with people you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling.
