Happy FFA Week! Farmington FFA is excited to expand our activities to more buildings to celebrate all things agriculture education and leadership! Thursday is the junior high dress-up day. The theme is Twin Day, so buddy up with someone, coordinate how you want to match and bring them with you to Leadership Training School from 3:15-5:00. Come to Mr. Look's classroom right after classes and join us for team-building games and fun!
Jr. High Students…It has been brought to our attention that Jr. High Students are going over to the high school during the school day to use their vending machines. This is not allowed as it violates our Federal Food program. Jr. High students are not allowed in the high school at any time except to go to Art class, chorus class, or if a staff member sends you over. Again, we are not allowed to use the vending machines in the high school at anytime during the school day.
Congratulations to both Science Olympiad Teams at Regionals on Saturday! High school placed 3rd and our Junior High team placed 1st! JH placed 1st in 11 out of 22 events and medaled in all but 1 event. They will be competing at State at U of I on April 12th!
Also, there will be no Science Olympiad practice this week.
Good luck to the Volleyball team at a home match against St. Vincent de Paul starting at 4:30 pm. Tonight is 8th grade night!
Good luck to JH Wrestling going to Beardstown! Bus will leave at 3:30 pm.
The Unified Club Respect week planning committee meeting for today during 9th hour. Check in with teachers before coming to Mrs. Cosby's room.
There will be boys and girls track sign-ups in the office today.
After school tutoring is with Mrs. McSherry in room 345.
At this time, will you please rise for the pledge: I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic, for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
