*The Greater Peoria Family YMCA, in partnership with the Elmwood Community Foundation and Graham Medical Group, is conducting a survey that is being administered to families of several school districts surrounding the location of a new Rural Wellness Center, planned to be in Elmwood near the Graham Medical Clinic at 1024 N. Magnolia St. This survey will gather valuable feedback about services and programs that may be offered in the facility, as well as membership interest and space designs.
