Today’s Random Acts of Kindness theme is Farmer Pride Friday. When we feel like we belong, we are better equipped to manage stress and build resilience, which helps us cope better during challenging times.
For today’s kindness challenge, invite a classmate who could use a friend to sit with you or hang out during recess.
At home, try talking to your family members about what makes you proud to be part of your family, and let someone you care about know how proud you are of their accomplishments.
At this time, will you please rise for the pledge:
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic, for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Farmer Four:
I am respectful
I am responsible
I am safe
I am prepared
