Congratulations to the 7th and 8th grade girls basketball teams for their wins last night vs. Spoon River Valley. In the 8th grade game, on 8th grade night, with less than 3 seconds on the clock, Sophia Puckett hit a three pointer to give the Farmers a 1 point win! Way to go Farmers!
Today is the Veteran’s Day Assembly. After homeroom, we will be called down to the high school gymnasium. We have several members of our community in the audience today. I am asking that you be respectful today at the ceremony and represent our school well today. We will be running a 9:00 late start schedule today, so once the assembly is done, please report to your second hour class, which is the class right after your homeroom.
7th and 8th grade volleyball tryouts will be December 5th and 6th in the JH Gym.
Wrestling Sign Ups will be Tuesday November 13th in the Jr. High Cafeteria from 5:30 - 6:30. There is also a signup sheet in the office. Athletes will need to have an updated Physical and a paid activity fee to participate. First activity is $50 and second is $25 for each year. If you are unsure, please ask the office secretaries.
At this time, will you please rise for the pledge:
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic, for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Farmer Four:
I am respectful
I am responsible
I am safe

Today is the United States Marine Corp.’s birthday! I can’t take my dog to the park as all the ducks keep trying to bite him…my fault for getting one that’s pure bread.
Have a great day Farmers!!!
