Bulletin – March 13, 2019             

 

                      

  • Congratulations to Macie Sprague and Emily Cash for being selected Prairieland All-Conference!
  • Attention ALL Juniors: Please bring $2.00 into Mrs. Gibbs by this Friday if you plan to eat lunch from the Monmouth cafeteria on your field trip next Monday and Tuesday. If you don’t plan to eat from the Monmouth cafeteria, you will need to pack a lunch or pre-order a lunch from the cafeteria with Mrs. Gibbs by this Friday.  Please stop by the office during Enrichment this morning and let Mrs. Gibbs know your lunch plans!  Thank you!

 

  • Seniors: Secure your spot for the Senior Trip by signing up and paying a $50 down payment for Six Flags. Do so in the office. The cost of the trip is $100 total. Any questions see a senior class officer.

 

  • Autism Awareness orders are due TODAY. See Mrs. Pummill or Dr. Powell if you have any questions.

 

  • A reminder that any Sophomore or Junior taking dual credit courses through ICC next school year will be completing placement testing this morning. You will be pulled from class when it is your turn to test. Please remember to bring you assigned student id number provided by ICC.

 

  • Please consider donating to the family of Ryder Armstrong to help raise money for a family member to walk in the St. Jude parade. Anything helps and it is greatly appreciated. Donation boxes are located in the office as well as the research center.

 

  • Wanting to play Omnikin Volleyball against the classes? Come join us April 16th at 6 o’clock for Alz in for Alzheimer’s. You can sign up for your classes team in the office, teams will be 8-10 players from each grade and the winner will get a chance to play a team of our own teachers! You can get a shirt order form in the office and the research center. Order forms are due no later than Tuesday, March 19th.  Any questions please contact Abby Simpson.

 

  • Harvest team member Mackenzie Schaer will be hosting a teddy bear drive for Alzheimer’s patients throughout the month of March. Patients suffering from this disease often feel lost, scared and uncomfortable. Having a teddy bear or doll can be a very effective way to reduce stress and agitation as well as increase their overall state of mind. Please consider donating a new stuffed animal to this cause!! Boxes will be set up in the school for drop off. Thank you!!

 

  • Dodgeball tournament sign up sheets are dueTODAY in the office!  Any questions please contact Bailey Kennelly.

 

  • There will be a football meeting in the gym TOMORROW during enrichment for those students interested in playing next fall.

 

  • A representative from Eureka College is here today. If you are interested in learning more about their campus and course offerings, please report to the office at this time.
