  • The Girl's Golf Team is off and running. On Monday, they traveled to Aledo to play at Oak View Golf Club against Mercer County. Mercer County beat Farmington by the score of 244 to 248. Low Medalist for the contest was Anna Webel of Farmington with a score of 51 through 9 holes. The next 3 best scores were Jenny Noggle with a 65. Hailey McCoy and Megan Turner each with a 66. 

 

Next match was Wednesday at Metamora for the Metamora Invitational at Metamora Fields. The girls walked 18 holes of golf. Their scores were Anna Webel with a 107, Ella Smith with a 111, and Izzy Beoletto with a 121. Great job everyone and keep up the hard work. Next match for ladies is Monday August 22 in Peoria at Madison Golf Course against Limestone and Elmwood.

 

  • Just a reminder that picture day is TOMORROW, Friday, August 19th.  Picture forms are available in the office. Orders may be placed online at INTER-STATE.COM/ORDER with code: 71643HA. 

 

  • Game club is meeting after school Friday in Mr. Paul’s room. Everyone is welcomed to come join us for a few hours of board games before the Purple and Gold scrimmage.

 

  • The Harvest Leadership Team will meet in Mr. Lambert's room during 4th hour on FRIDAY. This meeting is mandatory. 

 

  • Any student taking dual credit classes with Carl Sandburg will need to report to the Auditorium with your Chromebook TODAY(August 18th) during 4th hour.

 

  • If you are interested in learning about Key Club or would like to join, the first meeting of the year will be next Thursday, August 25th at 7:30 a.m. in the art room. All are welcome! 

 

  • If you need to make a course change, please submit a course change request form by August 23rd to Mrs. Haynes. If you have questions about your classes and would like to meet with Mrs. Haynes, please sign up for an individual appointment. Forms and sign up sheets are located outside the high school office.
