  • We are organizing a fan bus for tomorrow night. The cost is $5.00.  The bus will leave at 4:45 (masks required). If we have enough people sign up in the office by TOMORROW morning at 10 AM, we will take the fan bus. Remember you must purchase your tickets ahead of time online. 

        There is a sign up sheet in the office. Please bring $5 when you sign up.

 

  • Farmington is a Unified Champion School through Special Olympics, meaning that we are committing to build an environment of inclusivity. Unified Champion Schools "are school climates where students with disabilities feel welcome and are routinely included in, and feel a part of, all activities, opportunities and functions." 

 

As part of this, Life Skills Classes and our Unified P.E class will be hosting RESPECT week this week February 28-March 4th. Each day we will highlight a different disability, and we ask everyone to wear the color that represents that disability. Below are the disabilities and the color for each disability.

 

Monday: Down Syndrome - Blue & Yellow

Tuesday: Asperger Syndrome - Rainbow

Wednesday: Muscular Dystrophy - Green

Thursday: Epilepsy - Purple

Friday: Autism - Blue

 

  • On Friday we will have a banner signing during the lunch hours. Students will have to recite the pledge before being able to sign the banner. 

 

  • HS baseball begins TODAY - meeting in GYM C after school.

 

  • The Winners in Ms Rathbun's Wellness PE classes in the Badminton Tournament were:

  • Any junior that wants to apply for next year's Work-Based Learning Program, please stop by the office for an application. Applications are due TOMORROW, March 1st. 

 

  • There will be a track meeting TOMORROW during 4th hour in Ms.Mendez's room. First day of track practice will be Wednesday March 2nd. 

 

  • There will be an Art Club meeting during activity hour Wednesday, March 2nd. Please try to make it as there will be a lot of information being given. Let Mrs. Simaytis know if you can't make it.

 

  • Methodist College will be visiting the cafeteria on March 2nd during lunch hours.
