Holly Shriber was selected as January’s Senior of the Month. Holly is a strong academic student as she is ranked second in her class, a member of our National Honor Society chapter, and also an Illinois State Scholar. Along with her studies, Holly is involved in various extracurricular activities which include: Volleyball, Softball, and Science Olympiad. In addition to her involvement in school, Holly finds time to give back as she volunteers within the community. Holly has 27 hours of volunteer experience from tutoring junior high and high school students last semester. She also worked with young girls in East Peoria to help them with pitching and fielding. Holly received a full tuition scholarship to Illinois Valley Community College where she will continue her athletic career and play volleyball and softball while majoring in Chemistry and Environmental Studies.
