Softball vs. Dunlap H.S. -THERE- Bus departs 2:30. Varsity plays 4:30/JV 6:00. 4:00 Boys and Girls Track will compete in the Fulton County Meet at Canton H.S. Bus departs 2:30.
Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Track and Field teams on winning the Farmington "Tuffy Bowen" Invitational.
On Friday, over 40 art pieces were submitted to the Prairieland Art Conference hosted at Western Illinois University. We took three ribbons home. Abbey Gilles with second place in oil pastel, Logan Smith with third place in Sculpture, and Maddy Halm with student choice in 3-D Design. Congrats to the winners and a wonderful job to those who submitted!
Senior award nomination sheets are due to Mr. Lambert by 3PM today.
Would all teachers please check your mailboxes before enrichment on Tuesday morning. There will be a stack of papers to hand out to your enrichment students to vote for Staff Member of the Year. It would be much appreciated if you encourage each student to vote. Thank you.
Countdown to Buffalo Wild Wings: NINE days remain to place your order with Mrs. Gibbs. Eight boneless wings for $5.00 in the following flavors Asian Zing, Honey BBQ, Medium, or Parmesan Garlic. You must pre-order with Mrs. Gibbs by Thursday, May 3rd.
Attention Seniors: the Canton Daily Ledger and the Farmington Shopper publish photos of all graduating seniors every year. Please email your photo, preferably a headshot, to Mrs. Gibbs by this Thursday. If she does not receive your photo by then your school photo from Skyward will be used. If you DO NOT want your picture published please let her know. If you have any questions or need a photo scanned, please see Mrs. Gibbs.
Do you have volunteer hours to turn in? Get them in to your Head Class Sponsor by May 1st or they will not count for graduation cords. Also, make sure to email Mr. Lambert with any volunteer experiences you would like to take part in so it can be approved. If you have questions, see Mr. Lambert.
Talk to your English teacher about an opportunity for extra credit by participating in an essay/video contest hosted by the Farmington Police Department! Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 26th.
Interested in Harvest Team next year? Applications and information are in your email. Applications are due TODAY. Please print them and bring to Mr. Lambert.
Game club will meet after school tomorrow.
This year's prom theme is "The Music of the Night: A Masquerade."
Prom and grand march tickets will be available to purchase outside the gym doors before and after school beginning today. Ticket prices are $25 per student or $40 per couple. Seniors may purchase their tickets at a discounted rate of $15 each. Those planning on walking during grand march will not be charged to participate. However, those attending as audience members will be charged $5 per ticket. Tickets for grand march will also be available the day of at the door.
The last day to buy tickets for both prom and grand march is this Thursday, April 26th, NO EXCEPTIONS.
