  • Today's Senior Shoutout goes to Zachary Smith.

Zachary participates in FFA.

Outside of school he likes to fish, weld, and work on cars.

His favorite memories at FCHS were FFA ski trips, State Convention, Mrs. Burklund’s classes, football games, End Zone, and wrestling meets.

His quote is: “You’re gonna miss this, you’re gonna want this back, you’re gonna wish these days hadn’t gone by so fast!”

  • Today begins our Classroom Shoutouts to our staff! Today we recognize Mrs. Clope. My junior classes just finished reading Of Mice and Men and are working on a choice project assessment (write a letter to 3 different characters, make a video of an important scene, create a diorama of significant places, research a theme from the novel, or contrast the movie with the novel) so they could showcase their strengths and understanding of the novel. Seniors thoroughly enjoyed trying to figure out Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None murder mystery. We have had amazing classroom discussions. The insight and perspective that many students had was so wonderful to see. “Mrs. Clope is always pushing us to do our best and when we can’t get it, she is always there to help.” Thank you Mrs. Clope!
