  • Each day this week, we will be sharing a short story or comment to help bring awareness to our Inclusion. Today our quote comes from Emma Moore, a Special Olympics Washington Unified Partner, as she shares her story of acceptance, both of herself and others. Emma says "tolerance and open-mindedness" are the keys to inclusion. These ideas helped Emma and those close to her as they came to accept and celebrate all identities. She also shared the need for intersectionality in media representation, saying representation is important in helping people learn and grow to become more inclusive and accepting. Today, please take a moment to go out of your way to make others around you feel accepted in your social groups!

The Unified PE class invites you to wear a specific color each day to support our Respect Campaign. On Friday, February 12, please stop by our table that we will have set up in the cafeteria for some free gifts and make the pledge to include!

The color theme for TODAY is Rainbow! Tomorrow’s color is yellow.  Please join us this week in our campaign for respect and inclusion!

  • Today's senior shoutout goes to Alexis Traver.

In school she is a member of the softball team.

Outside of school Alexis enjoys hanging out with friends, watching her brothers race, and travel softball.

Her favorite memory at FCHS was playing softball games and walking out on the field and playing as hard as we can.

Her quote is "Everything in your life is a reflection of a choice you have made. if you want a different result make a different choice."

Today’s Lunch: Pork Tenderloin or PBJ Uncrustable
