Bulletin – December 11, 2017              

6:00  Freshman Boys Basketball vs. Eureka H.S. @ HOME.           

  • Wishing for a dance in between homecoming and prom? Wish no further as the FHS Art Club is bringing one to you! During lunch through all this week and next, tickets will be sold for singles and doubles. February 17th will be here before you know it! See Mrs. S for details and come dance the night away!

  • Reminder: Scholastic Bowl Practice this week is Tuesday & Thursday morning at 7:25 & Wednesday at 3:15 pm.

  • Bring a toy this week to put under the Research Center Tree for the Children of St. Jude.

  • Volunteer hours are available this week. Please check your emails!

  • KEY CLUB: PLEASE turn in your Cheese orders and money to Mr. Lambert at this time.

  • Congratulations to Chase Whisenand and Ethan Marvel for knowing all about last week’s Enrichment topic. They earned Bdubs & Starbucks and earned Miss Rathbun’s class Giant Jenga. Team A won the first game, Team B won the second game. This week’s topic is FEELINGS. Mrs. Mason will be looking for a winning class on Friday!

  • Game club will meet Thursday this week.

  • All volleyball uniforms need to be turned in before Christmas break. You may bring them to the office, Coach Gauf or Coach Clayton.

  • Co-op forms are now available in the office.  If you want to enroll in semester co-op, speak with Mr. Panner and get your form.

  • Freshmen, the PSAT 9 is coming February 28th.  If you would like to take the PSAT 9, please see Mr. Panner in the office to register.  The cost is $10.  Registration will close on Friday, December 22nd.

  • Juniors, the ACT is coming April 10th. If you would like to take the ACT, please come to the office and sign-up if you are interested. The cost is $62.50. Sign-ups will close on Wednesday, January 10th.

  • Sophomore class will be selling candy canes in the cafeteria during lunch hours to give to your friends the week of December 18th; and also an elf coloring contest for a dollar a piece.  The winner of the elf coloring contest will receive a movie night basket.  The winner will be announced December 20th.

  • Auditions for “Little Shop of Horrors” will be held Wednesday and Thursday this week starting at 4pm. Call backs will be Friday if needed.  Please see Mr. Ganschow for music.

  • The following meetings will take place this Friday:

    • Key Club meeting in the Research Center.

    • Baseball meeting in cafeteria to collect all fundraiser money and leftover cards.
