While at Sandburg, Abbie plans to enroll in the dental hygiene program to become a dental hygienist. During her high school career, Abbie states that her biggest accomplishments have been earning a scholarship for college on her athletic skills in addition to being crowned the 2024 Homecoming Queen. While not in school, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her best friend.

  • The December Junior of the Month has been awarded to Brady Nickel. Brady is involved in Golf, Track, Drama Club, Game Club, Science Olympiad, Golden Wave Marching Band and Jazz Band. After high school he plans to attend Illinois State University to study either computer science or music. Being active in his high school career has always been important. In fact, he credits being on the varsity track and golf teams three years in a row as one of his greatest accomplishments as well as learning six different musical instruments; however, his greatest accomplishment is making the 2024 Monmouth College Honor Band. When Brady does have free time, you can find him playing in the Jazz Band, hanging out with friends, or golfing. We are proud of you, Brady!

She states that her leadership positions in 4-H club and in church are some of her greatest accomplishments. Lucinda  enjoys sports with friends, going on vacation with her family, and hanging out with friends in her free time. Congratulations, Lucinda!
