Farmington Central High School

Rebecca Kirk was selected as Farmington Central High School’s Freshman of the Month. Rebecca participates in Key Club, Scholastic Bowl, Art Club, and Yearbook. She has musical involvement in Band, Symphony and Orchestra (outside of school). After high school, Rebecca has a few ideas for what she may do including potentially becoming a forensic scientist or a professional oboe player. When asked what her biggest accomplishment is so far, Rebecca stated, “I've gone to Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp over the summer for 5 total sessions over 3 years. I've majored in both the violin and oboe. I spent two years in Bernstein, the middle school camp, and this current year in the Central Camp, the high school camp. During my time at Central, I made it into both of their Symphonies and have loved every minute of it. In her free time she loves reading, playing the violin, playing the oboe, and playing games with her close friends. Congratulations, Rebecca!
