The girls golf team played their best golf of the season yesterday at the Canton Regional. The team placed 9th out of 11 teams with a team score of 422, just one stroke behind Brimfield with a 421.
The girls individually shot their best scores of the season.
The 4 scores were:
Addison Ludwig with a 121 which was her lowest 18-hole score.
Jaycee Emery with 109 shot her best score for 18-holes.
Megan Turner shot a 99, her personal best with a front-9 score of a 44 and 55 for back-9, just missing the cut by 3 strokes to advance to Sectionals.
Kate Andersen shot her personal best score of 93 with a score of 49 on the front-9 and a 44 on the back-9 to make the top ten scores to advance to the El Paso-Gridley Sectional.
Congratulations ladies. You made your coach proud. Great day to be a Farmer!
