Evan Sary was selected as Farmington Central High School's December Senior of the Month. Evan is currently on track to be Valedictorian as he is ranked top of his class. He has been involved in a number of academically challenging courses and is a member of the National Honor Society chapter. Outside of school, Evan enjoys being with his friends and likes helping kids like him to become independent and enjoy being themselves. Evan plans to earn an Engineering degree after graduating high school. Congratulations, Evan!
Henry Easley was selected as Farmington Central High School's December Junior or the Month. Henry excels academically and is ranked 2nd in his class. He is involved in Baseball, Golf, and Game Club. Outside of school, he enjoys listening to music, doing outdoor activities, and playing video games. He has a pet snake at home. Henry plans to attend Illinois Central College after graduating high school. Congratulations, Henry!
Calvin Thompson was selected as Farmington Central High School's December Sophomore of the Month. Calvin is in the top 5% of his class. Calvin is involved in Key Club, Scholastic Bowl, and Game Club. Outside of school, he enjoys camping, fishing, and hanging out with friends. One of his biggest accomplishments is having straight A’s. Calvin already knows how to code and plans to attend college to get his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Congratulations, Calvin!
Jackson Davis was selected as Farmington Central High School's December Freshman of the Month. Jackson is a strong academic student who puts his schoolwork first; he made High Honor Roll first quarter. Outside of school, Jackson likes to play video games with his friends, and watch You-Tube videos. Jackson always has a smile on his face and works very hard in class. Congratulations, Jackson!
Sophomores, Jostens will be here to deliver your class rings on Thursday, December 7th during lunch hours. If you have not made your final payment, please bring it with you on Thursday so you can pick up your ring.
Scholastic Bowl practice will be held this week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until 4:00 in Mr. Maske's room. If you are interested but didn't attend the meeting on Friday or fill out the Google Form sent out last month, feel free to come this afternoon to see what it's all about! We'd be happy to have you!
Audition information for Chicago the Musical will be available outside the office after school.. Auditions will be held after school next Tuesday December 12 and Wednesday December 13 in the theatre.
