If you would like to request a course change, please submit a FCHS Course Change Request Form to the office. If you would like to meet with Mrs. Haynes about your courses, please sign up for an individual scheduled time on the sign up sheet located outside the high school office. A FCHS Course Change Request Form should still be completed for your scheduled meeting.
Student drivers, don’t forget to purchase your parking tag! They will start checking the parking lot in the coming weeks. Please place your decal on the inside of the front windshield, passenger side at the bottom of the window.
Cost for the 2023.2024 parking tag is $20.00 and is available for purchase from Mrs.
Gibbs in the office.
Please complete the Student Vehicle Information Google Form that was emailed to you in
order to obtain your tag. (Paper forms are available as well - in the organizer hanging
outside the office.)
Many tags were paid for during registration fee day. If your tag has been paid for, Mrs. Gibbs will call you down once she receives your vehicle information. Otherwise, please bring your payment in for your tag. Thank you!!
