Once again this year, Unity Point Health will be conducting physicals for Farmington Central Jr High & High School students participating in sports. The date of the sports physical night will be Thursday, July 23 and the cost is $25. In order to manage this number and ensure safety of our students and staff, this date is for FALL athletes only. We will offer physicals for winter and spring athletes at a later date. Each program will be scheduled by times. Athletes will sign up with their coach prior to July 23, arrive at the scheduled time, and a pre-screening will be conducted prior to the physical.
